DON'T USE ALIBABA TO PURCHASE GOODS
I bought a touch screen for a BMW 2013 F31 the seller took ages to send it and then it was held in customs when i finally received it there were items missing from it. I got in touch with the seller sent them pictures chased courier companies here as well as customs all telling me its the senders duty to chase it up as he sent the item. I repeatedly informed the seller that they need to getting touch with china post. trying everything and was getting nowhere with them i got in touch with Alibaba and raised a complaint with them. I sent all the pictures i had taken of the contents and box. The in turn asked me to provide video evidence when i received the box and when i opened it. I explained no one in the UK take a video of parcels they receive. they shut the case in favor of the seller. This is how they work i would not recommend using this service at all if you do please make a payment using paypal.
