Alibaba.com customer service put me through a maze of email contact runaround ( with seller evidence provided in CHINESE, a language I have no proficiency in), with false hope that the issue would be resolved in favor of the customer. Alibaba.com and Jining Aowei Machine Co., Limited both categorically failed, after two and a half months to provide me with ANY satisfactory resolution. I am left with an exorbitant bill, a useless product, and NO confidence in Alibaba.com and their so called “trade assurance order” program. There was no customer advocacy whatsoever.
